Savana Summers

Savana’s yoga journey began in 2021, and she quickly found yoga to be a powerful tool for both movement and mindfulness. After four years of dedicated practice, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training.
Expect a class that is challenging, fun, dynamic, and accessible. Savana emphasizes options and thoughtful cueing, creating a supportive space for everybody and every body. She integrates the physical, emotional, and spiritual elements of yoga, believing that their connection supports overall well-being.
Drawing from her career as a therapist, Savana prioritizes creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where students feel encouraged to meet themselves exactly where they are.
Outside of the studio, Savana enjoys crafty hobbies and spending time with her husband and their two pups.
